Our History
Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (RPGMC), Kangra, was established in 1996 with a vision to provide quality medical education and healthcare services to the people of Himachal Pradesh and beyond.
Affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University and recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the college has grown into a premier institution for medical training and patient care. Located in the scenic Kangra valley at Tanda, the college serves a diverse population from the surrounding districts of Kangra, Chamba, Hamirpur, Una, and Bilaspur.
