Introduction
Pathology department is the backbone of any medical institute. Services include Histopathology (Malignancy/Benign), Cytology (FNAC, Pap smear), Hematology (Blood cancer, Anemia, coagulation disorders). Located in Dr. B.C. Roy Paraclinical block, 1st and 2nd floor. Started on 28th Dec 1998 in a single room of Anatomy department with Dr. (Mrs.) Bhanu Iyengar as first Professor & Head.
