The Diabetes Clinic at RPGMC Kangra, under the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, provides comprehensive care for patients with diabetes mellitus. The clinic offers evaluation, management, and follow-up for all types of diabetes and related complications.

- Comprehensive diabetes evaluation and management
- Glycaemic monitoring (HbA1c, FBS, PPBS, CGM)
- Insulin therapy optimisation and patient education
- Diabetic foot assessment and care
- Nutrition and diet counselling
- Complication screening (retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy)
- Gestational diabetes management (in collaboration with Obstetrics)
- Diabetes of young clinic — every Monday (2:00 – 4:00 PM)

Diabetic Foot Care
The department is establishing a comprehensive Diabetic Foot Lab for advanced foot assessment, neuropathy screening, and podiatry services to prevent and manage diabetic foot complications.
