Fee Structure
- Application fee: ₹10 per request (as per HP Government rules)
- Additional fee for information: ₹2 per page (A4 size)
- No fee for Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants
Exemptions
Information exempted from disclosure includes:
- Matters affecting national security and integrity
- Information prohibited by court orders
- Information that would cause breach of privilege of Parliament or State Legislature
- Commercial confidence, trade secrets, or intellectual property
- Information available to a person in his fiduciary relationship
