- Emergency Care — Immediate care in emergencies without precondition
Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete medical history
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and medical advice
- Maintain respectful behaviour towards healthcare staff and other patients
- Provide feedback to help improve services

Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and addressed within 7 working days.
For complaints related to discrimination against SC/ST/OBC students, a dedicated committee is available. For matters related to sexual harassment of women at the workplace, the Internal Complaints Committee can be approached.
