Perioperative care and pain management
Introduction
The Department of Anaesthesiology was set up in 1997 at Dharamshala with 2 faculty members under Dr. R.S. Thakur. It shifted to Tanda in December 2007. Currently, there are 12 faculty members with an annual intake of 13 Junior Residents for MD. B.Sc. Paraclinical Courses in anesthesia (18 seats) started from 2022.
